So this pic actually has a story behind it so please bear with me...

Basically at my school to graduate with a BA in Fine Arts you have to complete not only hours and hours of studio but you must pass the senior seminar course which concentrates on completing a portfolio with a continuous theme...

So, my class was having a critique day and for all of you future art majors pay close attention...

Ya, it's that guy. The guy who knows everything and no matter what is being presented he has something to say about it.

So back to the story. This poor girl who painted women was severely interrogated for her subject choice by this dude. Now you could tell she was struggling to provide the answer this person wanted but she couldn't...she paints women because she likes to...nothing more

now there are tons of us who make art for art's sake and there's nothing wrong with that...

when i confronted the guy with the previous statement he told me I was just taking the easy way...as though i was too stupid to find deeper meaning in the random women paintings. Even though the poor girl said... "I just like to paint women" Joe Art Dick wouldn't listen. All mouth and no eyes or ears...so this is him...at least my impression of him...
